Which payment method do I accept?

You can pay by card using Simple pay by OTP mobile - it accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.

Conditions of Carriage

I deliver to most European addresses through Packeta Hungary Kft., and to my fellow Hungarians with Foxpost Zrt.

Delivery is currently available:

Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary.

If you do not find your country in the list, please send me an e-mail before purchasing and I will look into the possibilities!

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? Who delivers my package?

I am currently using the fast and secure service of Foxpost Zrt. and Packeta Hungary Kft. Orders received by me will be prepared within 3-7 working days at the latest. I will also notify you by email if there is any important information we would like to share with you. Your package will be delivered within 3-5 working days, but not more than 8 working days.

Customs and import taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's regulations before ordering if you are unsure.

We are not responsible for loss of value! For this reason, please check your country's restrictions on imports from the EU before placing your order and note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or charges applicable to international purchases. Please don't ask me to mark your order as a "gift", that's against the law and I won't do it!

If you entered the wrong shipping address when ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. Please include your order number, full name and exact shipping address in the email.

If the item has already been shipped or shipped, I cannot refund the price of the order or send a new one. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a delivery address valid at the time of the order and Rita Wágner ev. is not responsible for the loss of value that occurs if the wrong address is entered!

Exchange and return guarantee

Can I return the product? Can it be exchanged if the size is not right?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 5 days. I only cover the return if the purchased product has a significant manufacturing defect within 14 days of receiving the product (except minor aesthetic defects!). I will not return a product due to a measurement error, please measure yourself accurately before ordering.
